The study and demands of the study began from the primacy of Islamic civilization in the revival of the endowments and its role in bridging the gap between the states with its superpower on the one hand, and society with its active dynamic on the other.

Following the conceptual and conceptual preparation of the endowment, legislation and guidance, according to Islamic experience, the study presented a set of objectives of the endowment system according to the Islamic vision, legislation and experience, with the definition of the roles played by the endowment historically in Islamic societies. In various contexts, the endowment has carried out social service tasks for Islamic societies throughout the ages.

The study pointed out that the endowment is one of the building blocks of Islamic civilization and its solid economic base, as a charity that has contributed to the development of various aspects of social, scientific and cultural life in addition to the economic aspects of Islamic countries throughout the ages.

The study analyzed the process of managing the endowment and its related topics, based on the determinants of the endowment administration, and then analyzing the role of the endowment supervisor in terms of roles and duties. The book then dealt with a number of regulations that restrict the actions of the endowment director, and replace it.

The study then went on to discuss the requirements of those standing in terms of the meaning and the text, before separating the explanation and the study sections of the requirements of the standing, and the issues, with a historical look at the most prominent requirements of those who stand in accordance with the experience of the Islamic Waqf in different ages. Before the study on the most prominent jurisprudence and historical stations of the Islamic Waqf, with a view to the most prominent areas of endowment in Islam, and the need for the need to restore Islamic endowments to the past; prosperous and open.

And then turned to study the dilemmas that led to the decline of Islamic endowment and ways of treatment, and developments witnessed by the Islamic endowment contemporary sector and the consequent need to introduce modern administrative systems to institutionalize the endowment sector in the Arab and Islamic modern. In the heart, the explanation and analysis of the sayings of scholars and jurists are governed by the investment of the endowment and its various aspects, and its various forms that would achieve a comprehensive renaissance of the endowment system in support of the developmental goals of the Arab and Islamic countries.

The study did not overlook the study and analysis of the endowment system for non-Muslims, both in Islamic countries and in non-Muslim countries, in terms of characteristics and models, in a context that is comparative with the characteristics of the Islamic endowment system.

The study confirmed the great position that the endowment has occupied in the Muslim world in general, both in its economies and its societies, and in the political, cultural and intellectual life as well. It is also impossible to deny the extent of the dilemmas created by the current developments concerning the endowment, the establishment and administration, for both modern legislators and reformers.

The study concluded that the Islamic endowment system is the legitimate son of the Islamic values, jurisprudence and jurisprudence system. In this context, it is important to emphasize that the total fruits of the endowment will not be fruitful and fruitful except in the Islamic Garden, and the Islamic endowment is cut off from its Islamic values. Does not prove on foot and leg, the correct Islamic environment produces a healthy and productive endowment of its effects, and vice versa.

This is evidenced by the fact that the endowment system in Islam has played a major role in enriching the nation in the economic, social and even political fields, as well as in supporting the Islamic civilization with effective applications and solutions to the issues related to the meeting and the economy.

On the other hand, the reality of the endowment cannot be overlooked in contemporary application, which suffers from many weaknesses, due to government intervention, multiple attempts by various political parties or lobbies to undermine its established foundations, and the seizure of its revenues and property in twisted ways.

The study confirmed that the endowment system has the means of legal guidance to support the various sectors, with their variety and variety of fields of intervention, including all fields and sectors, without exception, provided that they are well managed and codified in a manner that does not contradict the principles and foundations of Islamic law.

The study showed that the endowment system and its institutions faced and still face external challenges that almost paralyzed it, mainly foreign interference from occupation and colonization, attempts to obliterate the identity and campaigns of the secularists, etc., and the subsequent government control over the endowment, Performed in the past.

The study recommended benefiting from the rich Islamic experience of the endowment system and activating it in the reality of Muslims today, taking advantage of the innovative Western systems in its development, which is very important despite its sensitivity, in order to overcome obstacles of application, in the framework of Islamic experience of course. Wherever he finds it he deserves it.

It also recommended the need for development in research and writings of endowment, moving from the historical and heritage narrative to contemporary treatment, especially in the financial, administrative and accounting journals of the endowment, areas that remain fertile for researchers at all times.
